Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats, blended into flour 
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese or greek yoghurt 
  • 1 scoop The Lady Shake Chocolate
  • 2 egg whites 
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • Drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, cottage cheese or yoghurt, The Lady Shake powder, egg whites and baking powder together until smooth. 
  2. Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Pour in 1/3 of the pancake batter and allow to cook until bubbles form on the surface. 
  3. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat until all of the batter is cooked. 
  4. Top with sliced strawberries, a dollop of yoghurt and sugar-free maple syrup.
