  • 1/3 (80ml) cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 (125ml) cup Skim Milk
  • 1 x Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 x Tbsp The Lady Shake Vanilla
  • 1 x Scoop Chocolate Super Greens
  • 2 x Tbsp Yoghurt (tip: use YoPro for extra protein)


  1. Combine all ingredients into either a bowl, a mason jar or a glass cup.
  2. Mix well until you see no clumps and seal with a lid or cling wrap.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve cold and top with your favourite berries or fruit of choice.
