Savoury Spinach & Feta Muffins

Snacks that help you stay full for longer are hard to find! These spinach and feta muffins are the perfect snack (or brekky on the go).

Developed by The Lady Shake nutritionist, Georgia Wendt Nutrition, these muffins promise to taste amazing and keep you full.


  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 60g Danish feta
  • 1 red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Himalayan pink salt + pepper
  • Optional: fresh herbs, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  3. Grease a baking tray and pour the mixture into the muffin holes
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve.
