Ingredients
- 1/2 Wombok “Chinese cabbage”
- 2 large carrots
- 1 red capsicum
- 2 shallots
- 50g sesame seeds
- 500g poached chicken breast
- 50ml white vinegar
- 50ml soy sauce
- 20ml sesame oil
Method
- Shred cabbage
- Slice the carrots and capsicum into fine strips
- Cut the spring onions finely
- Poach chicken breast in 2cm of water in a covered pot
- Slice cooled chicken breast into pieces
- Toss the chicken with all the salad ingredients
- Combine all the dressing ingredients and stir
- Add the dressing to the salad and mix through
