Chilli Chicken Burger

  • 150g lean chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce (or sweet chilli sauce if you prefer)
  • 2 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 slice beetroot (optional)
  • 2 sliced tomato
  • 1 wholemeal bread roll


  1. Heat frypan and spray with oil
  2. Slice chicken breast in half
  3. When hot add chicken and cook for approx. 4 minutes on each side or until cooked
  4. Combine chilli and mayonnaise and spread on a roll
  5. Add all salad
  6. Add chicken and eat!

Adams Tip: this serves 1, but you can double the recipe if you are cooking for more than one.
