  • 6 Weet-Bix
  • 4 scoops of The Lady Shake Coffee
  • 1/3 cup rice malt syrup or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 200g reduced sugar chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Crush Weet-Bix in a bowl
  3. Add in The Lady Shake powder and shredded coconut and stir
  4. Melt ½ cup of coconut oil in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between
  5. Add the ½ cup of melted coconut oil and rice malt/maple syrup to the Weet-Bix mixture and stir well
  6. Press into a baking tray lined with baking paper
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, allow to cool and then refrigerate
  8. Once the slice is cold, melt the reduced sugar chocolate and tablespoon of coconut oil slowly in the microwave or over the stove
  9. Pour the chocolate mix over the slice and refrigerate until set
  10. Cut into 16 slices
