Sticky Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger 
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 tsp arrowroot flour 

Method

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients together. 
  2. Marinate the salmon with the sauce in a snap lock bag for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick frypan. Cook the marinated salmon until crispy.
