Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp arrowroot flour
Method
- Mix all sauce ingredients together.
- Marinate the salmon with the sauce in a snap lock bag for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick frypan. Cook the marinated salmon until crispy.
