Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of The Lady Shake Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
  • 350ml of water (or 200ml of unsweetened almond milk and 150ml of water, which will add 40 calories)

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients for 60 seconds
  2. Serve
