Ingredients
- 2 scoops of The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
- 350ml of water (or 200ml of unsweetened almond milk and 150ml of water, which will add 40 calories)
Method
- Blend all ingredients for 60 seconds
- Serve
