Chia Breakfast Pod

Chia Pud – enjoy as a snack or brekkie

 

• 1/2 cup chia seeds

• 1 scoop Lady Shake Vanilla or your choice of protein power

• 250 ml liquid (almond/coconut milk or water )

• Pinch of cinnamon 

 

Directions: Add ingredients to a mason jar and shake or stir with a spoon. Set in the fridge or freezer for 15-20

minutes or over night.

 

We like to add a few blueberries or strawberries on top of ours
