Berry Smoothie

Want to shake up your mornings now that the weather is a bit warmer. Try our Berry Smoothie, tasty and delicious. 

* ¾ cup fresh or frozen berries
* 2 scoops (60g) of The Lady Shake (or other low-sugar protein powder)
* 1 heaped tablespoon of non-fat vanilla Greek yoghurt
