LADY BALLS - COCONUT AND BANANA

Lady Balls are a great afternoon snack.

METHOD

(makes 8 balls)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

1) in a bowl mix:

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup wholemeal flour

2 scoops (60g) Lady shake vanilla or banana

2) In a seperate bowl melt 1 tablespoon low fat butter

then add 1 egg

1 tablespoon vanilla essence

1/2 banana mashed

Mix all together

3) Mix wet and dry ingredients

4) Roll into 8 balls and flatten slightly to cook

5) Cook for 15min on a tray with baking paper
