Get rid of that extra pudding with this tasty high protein and low sugar brekkie Recipe. Try all the different Lady Shake flavours to change it up, such as strawberry, chocolate, banana or vanilla!
- 2 scoops of The Lady Shake or low sugar protein powder
- 100g greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup milk or almond milk
- Handful of strawberries or frozen berries
- Place yoghurt in bowl and add The Lady Shake powder
- Add milk then mix up you achieve pudding like texture
- Add berries to top
Serves: 1 - double or triple quantities etc if making for more people
Note: you can add water if required
Tips: Take it further with some nuts, different fruit, chia seeds or whatever your breakfast sprinkle go to's are.
