LADY SHAKE BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

Smoothie bowls are so popular especially with the blend of acai and pitaya fruit, however can sometimes contain a lot of sugar in them if you aren't making them yourself with add ons like syrups or honey. Check out this tasty healthy smoothie bowl recipe we are sure you will love!

INGREDIENTS -

  • 1/4 cup of raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup of blue berries
  • 1/4 cup of strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of raspberries
  • Handful of chia seeds
  • 3-4 cubes of ice
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (or to your liking)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla (or strawberry) Lady Shake powder

METHOD -

  1. Blend ice cubes, almonds, blue berries, strawberries, almond milk and lady shake powder in a blender until smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl once blended and add seeds of choice on top
