HEALTHY BANANA BREAD

Now we have all heard how bad banana bread is for us, loaded with sugar, but don't worry we have a healthier alternative with this awesome recipe that your tastebuds will love!
- 1/2 Cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 Cup of The Lady Shake - Banana
- 1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon
- small handful of walnuts, chopped
- 2 Eggs Whites
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a loaf tin
- Mix the flour, Lady Shake powder, cinnamon and walnuts together
- Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir with banana, egg whites and milk till combined.
- Stir wet and dry ingredients together then put mixture into the tin
- Bake for 30 minutes or until brown on top and cooked in the centre
