HEALTHY BANANA BREAD

Now we have all heard how bad banana bread is for us, loaded with sugar, but don't worry we have a healthier alternative with this awesome recipe that your tastebuds will love!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Cup of The Lady Shake - Banana
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • small handful of walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Eggs Whites
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a loaf tin
  2. Mix the flour, Lady Shake powder, cinnamon and walnuts together
  3. Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir with banana, egg whites and milk till combined.
  4. Stir wet and dry ingredients together then put mixture into the tin
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown on top and cooked in the centre
