CRISPY KALE AND PARMESAN CHIPS

We are sure you already love kale in a salad, but Adam has come up with a tastier way to enjoy the super food and it goes down great on a Saturday arvo with a wine ;)

INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 handfuls of Kale or however much you like
  • 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil Spray

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180ÂșC and cover an oven tray with baking paper
  2. Cut the stems out of the kale as best you can and put leaves on the baking tray
  3. Spray lightly with olive oil spray and scatter parmesan over evenly
  4. Cook for 5-10 minutes, checking after 5 minutes to ensure they aren't burning and are crisping

TIP - Instead of parmesan you can also try with desicated coconut, it tastes delicious! Enjoy!
