FEATURED RECIPE – Chia breakfast pod
Check out our super tasty, super healthy Chia breakfast pod recipe that is easy to make and is great to enjoy as a snack or brekkie. It is also another great meal for the kids to eat too, enjoy!
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 scoop Lady Shake Vanilla (or your choice of protein power)
- 250 ml liquid (almond/coconut milk or water )
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Add ingredients to a mason jar and shake or stir with a spoon.
- Set in the fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes or over night.
Lady shake tip: We like to add a few blueberries or strawberries on top of ours.
