Healthy Anzac Biscuits

With Anzac Day upon us try these delicious Anzac Biscuits without the flour and sugar most have - enjoy! Makes 20 small biscuits - serves 10

INGREDIENTS

1.5 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup chopped almonds 

1/2 cup coconut

2 Tablespoons honey

2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 Tablespoon coconut oil

1/4 cup water

TIP : add 2 scoops of vanilla Lady Shake to make it even better!

METHOD

preheat oven 160 degrees

In a food processor or blender mix oats, coconut and almonds 

add all the other ingredients and blend again

roll into 20 balls - flatten into a biscuit and pop in non stick oven tray with baking paper for approx 20 min or until golden
