SNACKS TO INCLUDE ON THE LADY SHAKE

Here are just a few tips to include in your diet whilst on the Lady Shake!

Remember the general rule is to try and keep your snacks low in sugar and high in protein as this will help your body lose weight and not crash down at the end of the day from the sugar hit.

Here are a list of the best snacks to include -

  • Unsalted nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews
  • Can of tuna
  • The Lady bars
  • Rice cakes with avocado or peanut butter
  • Fresh fruit
  • Boiled eggs
  • Raw veggies and hummus
  • Dark chocolate
  • Unflavoured greek yogurt and blue berries
